PHASE 1

  • A sample workout schedule to help you plan out your weeks

  • A guide to all things exercise science so you can learn how and why you’re doing these workouts

*Although Phase 2's workouts are unique and can be completed individually, it is designed to be a natural progression building on the foundation you developed during the Phase 1 workouts.

I'M YOUR COACH!

I know how you're feeling because I'VE BEEN YOU! I've struggled with weight issues, unbalanced nutrition, low motivation, self-doubt, restriction, low confidence, and feeling like I should just quit trying to reach my goals. But I got the guidance I needed and made it my life's mission to help other women reach their goals!

I've now trained more than 1000 women in the past 8 years, using a mix of personal experience and all of my education over the last decade!

Frequently Asked Questions

what equipment do I need for the workouts?

-1 pair of medium dumbbells (ideally 5-10 lbs)

-1 optional pair of heavy dumbbells (ideally 10-15 lbs per dumbbell)

​-1 set of circular resistance bands (any brand)

-a yoga/exercise mat

-a bench/chair/couch

The rest of the exercises will be done with body weight only!

Do the workouts work for beginners?

Yes! These workouts are designed to work for anyone, from beginner to advanced. There are modifications included for many of the exercises, so the workouts can accommodate various different difficulty levels as well as injuries/limitations.

What is the refund policy?

All purchases for digital downloads are non-refundable or exchangeable. Due to the intangibility of the product (digital download), we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us via sammy@thebodyeffect.net to discuss a resolution.

What kind of results can I expect?

Your results will depend on your commitment to the workouts, how much you may have to lose. and the balance you achieve with your nutrition (which is an essential component). This workout plan should be paired with an eating routine that includes a balance of nutrient-dense foods and enjoyment foods. It is considered safe and healthy to lose 1% of your body weight per week, so this will vary from person to person.

Do the workouts repeat themselves?

Nope! Although some of the exercises will repeat within each e-book, each workout is unique. The repetition of certain exercises will, however, allow you to measure your progress in a different way (other than your physical results)!

How will i receive the e-book(s)?

Once you’ve purchased the e-book(s) you will be directed to a page with the download link and you will receive a confirmation email which includes the link as well (psst if you can’t see this email, maybe check your junk mail). To access your e-book, simply click the digital download link and save it to your device. This is a digital download ONLY, and you will NOT receive a physical copy.
