I know how you're feeling because I'VE BEEN YOU! I've struggled with weight issues, unbalanced nutrition, low motivation, self-doubt, restriction, low confidence, and feeling like I should just quit trying to reach my goals. But I got the guidance I needed and made it my life's mission to help other women reach their goals!

How do I use the planner?

I have included an instruction guide which will teach you more about the apps the planner can be used in. This guide will show you how to upload your planner into the apps, as well as show you the elements you can use within the apps.

What is the refund policy?

All purchases for digital downloads are non-refundable or exchangeable. Due to the intangibility of the product (digital download), we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us via info@thebodyeffect.net to discuss a resolution.

How do I track my progress?

The planner includes a weekly tracker for your weight, body measurements, and body fat percentage (optional). There is also a page to track weight lost throughout your journey which allows you to cross off the total number of pounds lost!

What apps does the planner work with?

The planner is a PDF file, so it may be used with any PDF editing app. It is primarily designed to be used on a tablet device, and will work with both iOS and Android devices. The main apps I recommend are Goodnotes (iOS), Notability (iOS), Noteshelf (Android, iOS, Windows), and Samsung Notes (Android). Some of these apps are free to use, while others are available for purchase separately.

How will i receive the planner?

Once you’ve purchased the planner you will be directed to a page with the download link and you will receive a confirmation email which includes the link as well (psst if you can’t see this email, maybe check your junk mail). To access your planner and the instruction guide, click the digital download link and save it to your device. Double click the ZIP file to "separate" the planner from the instruction guide. This is a digital download ONLY -- you will NOT receive a physical copy.
